Once again Oracle have raised the prices of their 11g database server, in some cases this is hitting its customers by a whopping 40% increase!!! Remember when you buy Oracle you get taxed by core instead of Microsoft SQL 2008 that charges you by physical CPUs, much fairer in my opinion. Source: here
