    Can you please provide me any documents on setting up a setup for OCS R2 which should be highly available and resilient.

    Which load balancers are you using? An example would be F5’s documentation here http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/microsoft-ocs-ltm94-dg.pdf
