Microsoft & Yahoo parnership back on the cards?
It seems that Microsoft and Yahoo! deals are still not off the cards with yet another spate of Microhoo! rumours emerging. In a recent report made by Kara Swisher at AllThingsD Microsoft’s top execs are down in Silicon Valley attending talks.
Kara mentions that “While sources at both sides stressed that this was in no way a merger, a deal
would bind their fates together rather strongly” and continues “In any case, if it does not work out, the source said, “this will be it…we
will all finally go our separate ways and be done with it.” The Wall Street Journal stated “that a deal was “imminent.”

Google is no doubt the number 1 search engine in the world today. Because of this Yahoo and MSN have tried their best to beat the Big G for several years. And now, their solution is merger. There will be a big impact but I guess they will need more efforts because I think their combined market share is still less than Google’s.
