Now that Exchange provides both e-mail and voicemail in one place I find myself adding key words in the notes field to assist with search indexing, whilst this is a “working” solution it does require that you take the time out to provide this meta information.

In Exchange 2010 this indexing is provided automatically via a text based voicemail preview – fantastic! The Exchange Team are currently spotlighting this feature on their blog.
